Gov. Terry McAuliffe beginning his week in another continent. The Associated Press reports Virginia’s chief executive is headed to Europe for a nearly two-week trade mission. McAuliffe’s office says the governor will be in Europe from now through the end of the month. He is meeting with senior business executives in France, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, the United Kingdom and Belgium. There will be a little bit of time for entertainment. McAuliffe also plans to attend the Paris Air Show and host three receptions showcasing Virginia. This is the governor’s 28th trade and marketing mission.
