(Metro) Facebook is feeling pressure to not implement a plan which would share user data with photo-app Instagram, eliminate a user vote system and make email rules less restrictive. 

The Privacy Information Center and the Center for Digital Democracy say the changes Facebook wants to make would mean less privacy and more unwanted spam for its users.
