University of Virginia police are releasing more information about the attempted abduction of a UVA student last week.
The students accidentally got into the suspects vehicle thinking it was a taxi and was driven to a spot near Kellogg House where she was assaulted.
Police say the victim described her attacker as a middle aged male of Indian descent.
The victim stated that he was tall, chubby with short black hair, and spoke in broken English.
The suspect vehicle is described as a dark in color, four-door sedan. The victim does not believe that the vehicle had any markings or decals to indicate that it was a taxi.
Anyone who can help with the investigation is asked to contact the UVA police.
