Developers in Charlottesville are giving people an idea of what to expect from the 140,000 square-foot building set to replace the Main Street Arena and Escafe restaurant.
The multi-use building will have space for tenants, labs, events, retail and startups.
The final plan for the site will be submitted October 1st and demolition of the existing buildings is expected to begin next year.
